Halliburton and other energy resource firms were given exemptions from the prescriptions of the Safe Drinking Water Act back in 2005. Their energy bill goal was to morph the bastard child from Hell of VP Dick Cheney and his now infamously stealthy “Energy Taskforce” into their pet lapdog: Fracking. Or should we call it “task farce?” Now demeaned by many as “The Halliburton Loophole,” Cheney personally assured exemption for hydraulic fracturing in the 2005 Energy Policy Act.
Well, if that is true, then how come the democrats haven’t fixed it? They have had power for a long time. I feel that the democrats could have fixed if they had not been so all absorbed in pushing the “shovel ready jobs” spendulus bill and many other bunk socialist programs

The most familiar one & perhaps the favourite is “Inside the Fire.” Krab Radio (a Clear Channel affiliate) has played that regularly & it is the only one of the nominees I’ve heard. I haven’t even heard “Indestructible.” Never herd “Lords of Salem” while KRAB does play some Zombie songs, but maybe it’s ’cause it’s on a live album. I’d assume I could watch the Motley Crue video on VH1.com. & I kinda assumed The Mars Volta was alternative, which could possibly hinder ‘em from winning.
Any Judas Priest fans that wanna c “Visions” win? Who wants to c Motley Crue pick up a Grammy? (If they do win, I’d assume this would b a televised category.) Do u also not like rock stations that are by Clear Channel? The 51st Grammys take place February 8 on CBS.
mars volta should get it, out of all those bands, they are the ones who haven’t received much recognition or acclaim for their work, I mean Disturbed is already on the radio non-stop, Judas Priest have had their run in the 80′s, as same with Motley Crue, Rob Zombie has received recognition for not only his solo music but also white zombie, and film, but then again I may be a bit biased because TMV is the only nominated band I listen to
